Concord will visit its sister city of Kitakami in Iwate Prefecture in October during the coming season of autumn color. Any adult is eligible to apply to join the delegation; you do not need to be a Concord resident. The entire tour is October 18-30 and leaves from San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Itinerary includes Kyoto, Takayama, Shirakawago, Kanazawa, Kitakami, Tokyo. You may adjust your tour stops to meet your interests.
