The Oakland Fukuoka Sister City Association is having a holiday wreath fundraiser thanks to J. Miller Flowers.

1. OFSCA 2020 Holiday Wreath Preorder Fundraiser (Order & Pay by Dec. 4). Fill out the order form and we will send you a link to make the payment via PayPal.

2. An invoice via PayPal will be emailed to you to pay. You have a choice of pickup (FREE) from J. Miller Flowers or delivery for a FEE depending on location in the Bay Area.

Please help support our efforts since the three fundraisers we had planned in 2020 to raise funds for the 60th anniversary (2022) had to be postponed due to the pandemic. Thank you.
