Torrance Sister City Association will hold a FREE live virtual event on Friday, July 16 at 6:00 pm PST. The Kashiwa International Relations Association’s Torrance Committee will tour Akebonoyama Park and Fusebenten temple which are on the itinerary for the student cultural exchange program.
