Huntington Beach Sister City Association is hosting a Kai Tai Tuna-cutting Ceremony & All-you-can-eat Sushi event on Tuesday, September 9, from 6:30-9:30 pm at Fisherman’s Table restaurant (7391 Warner Ave, Suite G, Huntington Beach).

The event will feature a live demonstration showcasing the skill and precision of a master chef as they expertly break down one of the ocean’s most prized fish. It is a private 3 hour event limited to 35 people with a non-refundable 50% deposit payable through the “donate” button on the HBSCA website. The cost is $150 per person (excludes drinks and gratuity, which will support HBSCA.
